Shipping options include Ground (3-5 business days), 2-Day and Overnight for all US orders.
Orders shipping outside of the US are shipped Standard-3-7 business days, WW Saver- 2-3 business days or US Express Mail- 3-7 business days.
While Overnight options are available, we cannot always guarantee the ability to ship the same day. We recommend that you place your order at least 3 business days in advance in order to avoid any delays in receiving it in a timely manner without incurring extra shipping fees.

All NuSmile products are warranted to be free of defects. Due to MEDICAL DEVICE REGULATIONS, any returned product MUST BE RETURNED in its original, SEALED packaging within 30 days of purchase. A completed Return Form must accompany all returns. To obtain Return Form, email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All orders require payment prior to being processed. Credit cards may be kept on file on our secure website. All orders shipping outside the US must be paid by credit card or bank draft prior to the order shipping.
