Ricardo came to Texas from Honduras with his young single mother. They were in a difficult living situation and had limited access to food. Ricardo is very sweet and soft spoken. He likes soccer, toy cars and wrestling. Ricardo was suffering from Early Childhood Caries (ECC), he had an abcess and needed antibiotics. With NuSmile's sponsorship through Healthy Smiles Healthy Children, Ricardo's dental treatment was funded. He received a comprehensive exam and radiographs. 6 restorations, 2 stainless steel crowns, 2 sealants and 3 extractions were completed.
